Troubleshooting

E2 error code / no water flow

The E2 error means the chiller is not detecting proper water flow. First, make sure the filter is clean. Turn the chiller off, then unscrew the small drainage cap on the back of the chiller to release trapped air. Turn the chiller back on while water drains from the opening. Once the fan starts running, reinstall the drainage cap. Water should then begin flowing normally.

GFCI keeps tripping

Check the power connection and inspect the equipment for moisture or damaged cables. Disconnect the unit if the GFCI continues to trip, and consult a qualified technician before using it again.

Water leaking from a connection

Turn off the equipment and check that the hose connections are properly seated and tightened. Inspect seals and O-rings for damage, and replace worn parts before restarting the unit.
